All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to stock a majority of the products offered in our catalogs, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely. Taxes New York customers are charged a 8.00% tax rate on the order total. Shipping Free shipping on orders over $150.00 (excluding tires and specified items). For orders under $100.00, there is a shipping fee of $10.95. (Some large items require an additional shipping fee). Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select express shipping is available for an additional fee. Returns and Exchanges Joker Motorsports' goal is that you are satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to exchange items. Joker Motorsports will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is unused, never installed, undamaged and still packaged in the manufactures original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat shipping fee of $5.00 for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back C.O.D. will be refused. Non-exchanged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders and closeout items may not be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number.
